Thrivebridge Initiative for Social Development is proud to announce the launch of ThriveLab Impact VISTA, a bold and transformative initiative designed to equip 6,000 young Nigerians with career, entrepreneurship, and artificial intelligence (AI) skills over the next two years.
With a focus on practical training, mentorship, and AI-powered innovation, ThriveLab Impact VISTA will empower Nigeria’s next generation of leaders, business owners, and tech innovators across the six geopolitical zones.

ThriveLab Impact VISTA is our commitment to bridging the skills gap, fostering entrepreneurship, and preparing young people for the AI-driven economy,” said Mofoyeke Omole, Executive Director at Thrivebridge Initiative.
Empowering Youth Through High-Impact Programs
ThriveLab Impact VISTA will feature several flagship programs, including:
- ThriveLab Accelerator Bootcamp – A one-day intensive training program providing career strategies, business development skills, and mentorship opportunities to help participants fast-track their growth. The first edition is set to take place in April 2025 in Abuja.
- AI Mastery & Solution Development Residency – A one-month residential program in select Nigerian cities, offering hands-on AI training and real-world application development. Participants will graduate with marketable AI expertise and viable AI-powered solutions.
- ThriveLab Digital Academy (Coming Soon) – A free and low-cost e-learning platform for career advancement, entrepreneurship, and AI fundamentals.
- ThriveLab Mentorship Hub (Coming Soon) – A structured mentorship network connecting youth with industry leaders, business experts, and recruiters.
- Enterprise & Funding Support (Coming Soon) – A hub providing funding opportunities, investment readiness training, and grant-writing support for entrepreneurs.
A Nationwide Impact Initiative
ThriveLab Impact VISTA is set to reach thousands of young people in urban and underserved communities, ensuring equal access to knowledge, mentorship, and economic opportunities. By integrating AI mastery into its programs, ThriveLab is positioning Nigeria’s youth to compete globally in the digital economy.
Call for Applications & Partnerships
Applications for the ThriveLab Accelerator Bootcamp (April 2025, Abuja and May 2025, Ibadan) are now open. Interested participants, corporate partners, and sponsors are invited to join this mission to build a more innovative and empowered Nigerian workforce.
