With ENTREThrive we aim to reduce graduate youth unemployment by building the capacity of young small business owners and prospective entrepreneurs and enabling  them to access the resources needed to start & run successful businesses.

Automation, digital platforms, and other innovations are changing the fundamental nature of work. Understanding these shifts and acquiring neccesary skills will help prepare our young graduates for the world of quality work.

ThriveLEADCafe 

Leadership Community that provides a safe and capacity development space for young women. Preparing them for active, effective and strategic participation in Leadership and Governance especially for career, business and politics.

ThriveLearn

Knowing that self-improvement and personal growth are an important, and highly valuable, part of career and life in general the ThriveLearn is an open platform created to provide active personal development learning for different areas of life and interests.

Thrive Initiative for Social Development (TISD) – RN 173943 is a Non Governmental Organization registered and committed to accelerating inclusive socio-economic growth through empowerment of women, girls, unemployed graduates and vulnerable groups.

What WE DO.

At TISD, we are passionate about reducing unemployment and improving the socio-economic situations of youth and women, particularly young unemployed female graduates and women facing exploitation, abuse, and/or violence.

We do this by helping to bridge their Skills, Knowledge and Attitudinal gaps through Capacity Development Programmes while also addressing and containing other cross-cutting issues contributing to inequality and exclusion including Gender-Based Violence, Violence Against Women and Gender Digital Divide.
