About TISD.
Our goal is to accelerate inclusive socio-economic growth through empowerment of women, girls, unemployed graduates and vulnerable groups by bridging the skills, Knowledge and Attitudinal gaps through Capacity Development programmes while also addressing and containing other cross cutting issues contributing to exclusion including Gender-Based Violence, Violence Against Women and Gender Digital Divide.
At TISD, we are envisioned to harness, expand and deploy multi-sectoral interventions and socio-economic opportunities to equip under-served rural and peri-urban women (women facing exploitation, abuse, and/or violence) and youths (especially young unemployed graduates) with the Skills, Knowledge and Attitude needed to excel as leaders, professionals and entrepreneurs, and to earn a “livelihood with dignity. We are on a mission to facilitate flexible and customized social, financial and employment inclusion services, platforms and systems that will empower women and youth across sectors.
