Thrivebridge Initiative for Social Development is a Nigerian social development organisation working to expand opportunities, advance inclusion and strengthen communities.
We connect skills development, economic opportunity, social inclusion and civic participation to address the barriers that limit people's ability to thrive. Through practical programmes and collaboration with communities and partners, we work to create pathways for greater participation in social and economic life.

Established in 2022, Thrivebridge Initiative for Social Development works with a focus on young people, women and persons with disabilities.
Our work recognises that access to skills alone does not guarantee economic opportunity, and that meaningful participation depends on addressing barriers to inclusion. We therefore pursue initiatives across skills development, entrepreneurship, digital innovation, women's advancement and civic engagement.
As the organisation develops, we remain committed to practical responses to social challenges and collaboration that extends the reach and value of our work.
